We can provide you with billing codes for the few cosmetic procedures that may be covered so YOU can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

 Scheduling:

• Scheduling a date for your surgical procedure requires a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit. Payment of the balance is required at least 7 days before surgery.

• Payment for injectables (i.e. Botox and fillers) and aesthetician services is required on the day of the procedure.

• Cash, cashier's checks, money orders and most major credit cards are accepted.

 Financing:

Financing options, independent of this office, are based on credit report findings and are subject to review before approval. Applications can be made immediately over the internet in some cases.
