• Consultations are complimentary.

•  Easy to understand all inclusive fee, which includes the surgical fee, facility fee, anesthesia fee, implant fee (when indicated), post-op antibiotics and analgesics for 5 days, one post-op garment (when indicated) and follow-up examinations with Dr. Porcaro.

• Scheduling a surgical procedure requires a $1,000 deposit. Payment in full for the balance is required at least 7 days before surgery.

• Payment for other cosmetic enhancement (i.e. Botox and fillers) and aesthetician services is required on the day of the procedure.

 • Cash and most major credit cards are accepted. Financing options and easy payments plans are available through our Financial Partners, Care Credit and Capital One.

• We do not participate with Medicare or any insurance.
