By invitation of the American Society of Lipo-suction Surgery, Dr Porcaro was asked to present the topic: Liposuctions Specifics: Preparation, Marking, Positioning, Dressings & Post op Care of Liposuction Patients. This  meeting took place in Las Vegas and was part of the annual meeting of  The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery& was attended by ~700 physicians.

Dr Porcaro is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the highest designation of this prestigeous organization, with over 2,600 physician members.

In addition to the improvement in results, the addition of liposculpture to a tummy tuck can diminish the need for liposculpture as a separate procedure after the tummy tuck, lowering the costs and eliminating a second recovery!
Keep in mind that ALL Tummy Tuck procedures at Porcaro Cosmetic Surgery are performed in the comfort and safety of our AAAHC accredited facility under tumescent local anesthesia, with IV sedation as needed. NONE of our patients have had the need for general anesthesia!
