Florida Hormones Pricing: You will appreciate the "pay-as you-go" no contract policy we have at Florida Hormones.

It's understandable that patients are reluctant to commit to a mandatory contract for pellet hormone replacement "package" that costs $3,100-$4,000 per year offered by some practices. This is especially true if you have not yet tried hormone replacement with Bio-identical pellets!

Rest assured that at Florida Hormones you will only pay for what you need, when you need it!. This results in a significant savings to you when compared to "package deals"!

New Patient Consultation:  $175.00 (One Time Fee)

Florida Hormones Blood Work (if completed In our office):  $150.00 charge to you; we don't accept insurance. We draw your blood at the time of your consult or at a follow up exam. There's- no need to schedule an appointment at a lab, no wait, no paper work & we call you with results the next business day!

Implant Insertion:  $250.00

The pricing of Testosterone and/or Estradiol pellets at Florida Hormones is determined on the basis of your lab work, age, weight, your activity level, etc. Pricing PER PELLET will vary between $30.00 - $60.00.

B12 Injection:  $25.00

We do NOT participate with Medicare or any insurance at at Florida Hormones . We can provide you with billing codes so that You can submit charges to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Although the office is located in Port St  Lucie, Florida, we regularly serve patients form Jensen Beach, Hutchington Island, Stuart, St Lucie West, Palm City, Sebastian, Fort Pierce, the greater Orlando area and Vero Beach.
