Lipotherme is a safe and effective procedure that liquifies the fat before the fat removal. The thermal effect produced by the FDA-approved laser causes tissue contraction, which results in smooth and firm skin and a more contoured appearance.
Dr Porcaro has extensive experience performing the Lipotherme Laser liposuction procedure, and can recommend a combination of Lipotherme with liposculpture to meet your specific body shaping goals.
Dr. John Porcaro, Port St Lucie is a member of Advisory Council of The American Society of Lipo-Suction Surgery and in Jan 2012 Dr Porcaro was asked to present his technique at the Annual Meeting, attended by several hundred physicians who perform liposuction.
Dr Porcaro regularly attends meetings and surgical workshops on Liposculpture and laser lipolysis, so you can be confident you are will receive state of the art treatment at Porcaro Cosmetic Surgery.

Key Benefits of Lipotherme Laser Lipolysis (laser Lipo) by Dr Porcaro:
Dr Porcaro takes the time to learn about your individual goals and will create a customized treatment plan for your optimal results. Some of the key benefits of the Lipotherme Laser liposuction treatment by Dr Porcaro include:
How Dr Porcaro Performs the Lipotherme Laser Procedure (Laser Lipo):
Dr Porcaro will first administer a mild numbing agent to the targeted zone called tumescent anesthesia. After the skin is numb, a small metal tube called a cannula is inserted beneath the skin and a tiny 1mm laser beam is fired as Dr Porcaro moves the cannula back and forth.
The fat cells are liquefied as the laser warms your treatment areas. Next Dr Porcaro will aspirate (suction) the liquefied fat cells away. Because of the thermal effect immediately beneath the skin, tightening of the skin occurs in the weeks and months after your procedure.
