How Dr Porcaro Performs the Lipotherme Laser Procedure (Laser Lipo):

Dr Porcaro will first administer a mild numbing agent to the targeted zone called tumescent anesthesia. After the skin is numb, a small metal tube called a cannula is inserted beneath the skin and a tiny 1mm laser beam is fired as Dr Porcaro moves the cannula back and forth.

The fat cells are liquefied as the laser warms your treatment areas. Next Dr Porcaro will aspirate (suction) the liquefied fat cells away. Because of the thermal effect immediately beneath the skin, tightening of the skin occurs in the weeks and months after your procedure.
